The #FCCMETHOD is based on body sculpting training, with various modalities such as strength, HIIT, Barre, Power Yoga, and more.

A dynamic 5-minute warm-up, 40 minutes of body work, 10 minutes of dynamic cooling and mobility, and last but not least, 5 minutes of quiet guided meditation.
