What should I do if I’m having issues with the FCC app?
Double-check that your email address and payment details are correctly entered. If the app still isn’t working, try restarting or reinstalling it to clear any potential bugs. Need more help? Reach out to us at lindsay@fitclubcollective.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
Do I need to buy a new membership if I already have one?
No, you don’t need to purchase another membership! If you’re already an active member, your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until the end of your permanency. If you’d like to change or upgrade your membership, contact us.
What does “permanency” mean for FCC memberships?
When you become a member, your commitment extends for the remainder of the current season. This means early cancellations are not allowed until your contract ends. This structure allows us to maintain consistency within our community and ensure fair access to classes.
How long do I have to use my class pack?
Class packs have specific validity periods depending on the type of pack:
*Trial class and packs of 4 or 8 classes: Valid for 1 month from the purchase date.
*Packs of 10 or 12 classes: Valid for 2 months from the purchase date.
How do I book my classes at FCC?
Booking your classes is easy with the FCC app! Once your membership is active, log in with your credentials, browse the schedule, and reserve your spot in advance.
*Pro tip: Book your classes a few days ahead—our most popular sessions fill up quickly.
What happens if I’m late for a class?
Punctuality is key to maintaining a smooth and safe environment for everyone. If you arrive late, you’ll have up to 5 minutes after class starts to join. Unfortunately, we can’t allow late entries beyond that point, as it disrupts the flow of the class and compromises safety.
How Do FCC Fees and Policies Work?
If you can’t make it to a class, you can cancel your reservation through the FCC app. To avoid fees, remember to check-in upon arrival or make sure you cancel at least 3 hours before class starts.
*Late cancel (less than 3 hours): €9. *No-show (missing class without notice): €11
